This is a small sterling silver dish which has been enamelled in the champleve and cloisonne style. The background has been hand engraved and pebbles are enamelled in shades of blue grey and reddish brown. It measures 51 mm in diameter and stands on a silver base 18 mm high. The rim is highly polished with a texture to the outside. The reverse of the dish has been hallmarked by the London Assay Office. It is shown standing on a round, grey concrete base which is included. It comes nicely presented in a small box.
